Uniplug Repairs for Radial & Bias Tyres
Combination of patch and stem covered with dual cure cushion gum with pilot wire.
To repair crown, shoulder and sidewall injuries in both Radial & Bias ply passenger, light truck & Truck Tyres.
Tyre industry recommended puncture repair procedure for tubeless tyre puncture.
Appropriate carbide cutters to be used for steel belted radial tyres and bias plug cutters for bias ply nylon tyres.
The angle of injury should be less than 20o perfect compression fit of the stem in the tyre, stem size should be larger than the injury size.
Use with bestpatch chemical vulcanizing fluid for perfect bonding.
